HOW IT WORKS

Firstly, all our virtual assistants sign confidentiality agreements.
We are happy to offer a no-obligation free trial period to establish the difference our services can make to your business efficiency.
We offer services on a contractual monthly basis, where you sign up for set hours, so you have resource and time as the need arises. There are different packages available from 5 to 30 hours a month, or one-off projects depending on your requirements.
All expenses incurred by Go2VA, e.g. telephone, travel expenses, stationery, postage will be charged separately to the agreed hourly rate.
So what's not to love? Simple to set-up, efficient and professional services without the hassle or significant financial impact.
A signed contract is required before commencement of work. This indicates acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Written quotations will be provided before any work commences.
Contract acceptance and/or terms for work commencement can be accepted by email, post, CD, USB or courier.
We require clients to have suitable anti-virus software in place for receiving/sending files.
The responsibility for final proofreading lies with the client. Once work has been signed off Go2VA will complete each task.
The client is to undertake final proofing and sign off on all project elements.
Once the client has approved a piece of work, any errors notified within 48 hours of receipt will be rectified free of charge.
After 48 hours it shall be deemed that work has been accepted free of omissions and errors and Go2VA accept no liability.
Go2VA recommends any original documents to be sent via secure post.
Go2VA does not accept any liability or responsibility for the end use of any documents or materials produced or edited on behalf of the client.
Go2VA take responsible precaution but cannot guarantee that all electronic data is virus free.
Go2VA will keep any completed work on file for a period of 12 months, after this period it will be deleted.
No client information will be shared with any third-party companies unless agreed.
